For projects or services requiring advance payment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

The deposit confirms the customer’s acceptance of the project scope, terms, and commencement of work.

Work will generally commence only after the required deposit has been received and confirmed.

6. Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments will be structured as follows:

  • 30% advance deposit before commencement.
  • Progress payments according to the agreed project milestones or payment schedule.
  • Final payment upon completion of the agreed work.

Any additional work, materials, revisions, services, or expenses outside the original agreed scope may be charged separately.

7. Cancellation Policy

The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to the project.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any completed work, materials, third-party expenses, or services provided beyond the amount covered by the deposit may be invoiced separately.

Any cancellation request should be communicated to Nativekraft in writing.

8. Changes & Additional Work

The agreed project scope will be based on the requirements confirmed between Nativekraft and the customer.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges and/or changes to the delivery timeline.

Additional work will be undertaken after confirmation of the applicable cost and requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original content, designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding materials, website content, software, and other intellectual property created specifically for Nativekraft or supplied by Nativekraft remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Nativekraft’s proprietary content without prior written permission.

Third-party logos, trademarks, images, fonts, software, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licences and terms.
